How do I make a reservation?
You can either book online here, or call the location you will be renting from.
How fast can an E-Bike go?
Ebikes have power limitations of 20 mph, keeping you in the same category as a regular bicycle, class 3 high speed pedelec bikes are also available topping out at 28mph but must be activated using pedal assist only. Speeds above these limitations can be reached but entirely on your own power.
Do you provide a helmet, basket, or lock?
A helmet is provided with each rental. Every bike has many accessories to choose from such as baskets, cell phone holders, locks, and more! We value your well-being, and so we are more than willing to provide you with the things that will keep you safe and comfortable.
Do I have to wear a helmet?
Yes, we do require you to wear a helmet when you rent our bikes. Your safety is our first priority.
Do you rent kid-sized bikes?
The Magnum Pathfinder is the smallest E-Bike we have on our rental program. It is recommended for riders 4’10” and above. If we currently do not carry a bike that you need, please let us know. Your input helps us better our service to you.
Do you deliver?
Ohio Location
Yes, we have delivery available to all lodging facilities in Holmes County, Ohio for $45.
Florida Location
The rental cost of an E-Bike includes delivery and pickup within 10 miles of the Beneva & Bahia Vista intersection in Pinecraft, Florida. Extended delivery options are available for an additional cost.
Do you rent regular bikes?
Ohio Location
Yes, we offer select few models that are not battery powered. Choose from a traditional comfort bike or a road bike. If you do not see a bike that you are looking for, we would love your input so that we may better serve our customers.
Florida Location
We currently only offer e-bikes.
How far can an E-Bike go?
This varies with each model. The bigger amp hour battery – the further you’ll be able to go on a charge. Rider weight, wind, terrain, temperature, what level of assist you are using, and how much you are helping your bike all impact the distance. Some e-bikes have a range of over a 100 miles if you ride properly.
